Traditional Storm Pattern Natural Wool Rug by Navajo Weaver Sally Dickson
These colors are made from dyes using natural materials found locally.

Sally Dickson (116849) has been weaving beautiful rugs for decades, since she taught herself as a young girl of 10. She uses all natural materials, like hand-carded wool and natural vegetable dyes, which she often makes herself, depending on the type of rug she's making. Sally makes extremely high-quality rugs with an exceptionally tight weave, and each rug takes 2 to 3 months to make on a loom. She makes rugs in many patterns, including the Storm pattern, the Yei-Bi-Cheii pattern, the 2 Grey Hills pattern, the Granada pattern, the simple pattern, etc.
